Cosi
I went to lunch with Marcus today, and we went to Cosi. It was the first time that I had ever gone to Cosi, and I have to say that it was fantastic. They are a sandwich shop that makes this awesome flat bread. I think the key to it is that its slightly salted. I got a Cosi Club sans tomatoes. It’s roasted turkey on their flatbread, with shredded romaine, bacon, and mayonnaise. I really enjoyed it. The bacon was slightly too salty for my taste, but overall, not bad! It was a bit of a drive, and I kind of had to wolf it down in order to get back to work, but tasty. I totally cannot wait until they open one up where I work. And they will be opening one up this fall. It will be FANTASTIC. I would also like to mention that it was reasonably priced. Came with a bag of kettle cooked chips, which are my favorite kind of chip. All for under seven dollars. AWESOME.
