There is currently a class action lawsuit trying to stop KFC from using partially hydrogenated oil in cooking food. They want KFC either to stop using this oil, or warn their customers that their foods are high in trans fats.
Now, I don’t know, but when I go to KFC, I don’t order up some Extra Crispy Chicken, and think, “Hey, this is good for me!”
So this Thursday, go out and get yourself some KFC!
