Day 22 - Starting To Look Like Something
We did a lot today. First, we had to pull all of the hangers out and reposition them because of an ambiguity in the plans that we are woring off. We then put up the support beams and blockings. We ran out of a certain kind of wood, so we made a quick run to Lowe’s to get another board, and while we were there we got four pieces of decking as well to see what it would look like once we got it together. Getting home, we put those up, and also put the final two posts up, where the staircase is going to be.

This is the sliding compound miter saw that we got to help with the cutting of wood. It’s saved us a ton of time as compared to using a standard circular saw.
