Parents’ Weekend
So before I came back to school at the end of my spring break, my dad says to me in encouragement that if I do well this semester, that he’d come up for Parents’ Weekend. I couldn’t help but think to myself, that this really wasn’t encouragement. Parents’ Weekend is really for the freshmen. My parents came up my first year here and it was great to see them again. They came up my sophmore year and it was a complete waste. Which is why this past Parents’ Weekend, I told them to stay home. They’d save money and time. I even remember what I did this past Parents’ Weekend. I just did osme homework and made a Walmart run. I made a Walmart run because we don’t have any Targets up here. The closest one is in Queensbury, NY, wherever that is.
Did this post have a point? No, not really.

Hands down, there are many things that we need. A Trader Joe’s would be one of them. A Denny’s would be another!

We actually do have a Banana Republic. It’s up in Burlington which is like an hour away. It’s on Church Street, which is like this shopping district. It’s really nice I’m told, I’ve yet to go there. I should probably make a point of going next I get paid.
