This is the first homework problem for my first assignment in Operating Systems.

1. Given a hard disk drive with 64 sectors (512 bytes each) per track, an average seek time of 5 msec, and a platter speed of 7500RPM. Suppose that read and writes are in 5kB pages. What is the average time to read a block?
